Eating Disorder Treatment & Recovery

An eating disorder is a serious disease, but recovery is possible. We see it happening every day here at The Meadows Ranch. Our experienced treatment professionals understand the pain eating disorders cause for everyone involved, and they are here to help with innovative treatment methods, caring counseling, and the tools necessary for successful recovery.

Why Choose Us?

Healing in the Sonoran Desert

Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness, so it’s not hyperbole to say that we’re in the business of saving lives. One of the most difficult aspects of this disease is that those who suffer from it often don’t want to believe they’re sick. Eating disorders grow in silence, secrecy, and shame, making you think you’re all alone and no one could possibly understand. We work with patients to help them understand the truth behind their disorder and develop the tools and resiliency to take their lives back.

Our multi-pronged approach includes treatment for co-occurring disorders, staff trained in trauma work, and a focus on calming the mind to prepare patients to confront their eating disorders. Our program has many distinctive features including our beautiful campus, a unique culinary approach, cutting-edge Brain Center, equine therapy with horses on site, metabolic cart, schooling, family work, art room, and more. But the biggest difference is the people you’ll meet here and just how much they care.

Levels of Care

We offer acute inpatient, residential, and partial-hospitalization levels of treatment to meet you where you are and help you see the way forward.
