Signs of an eating disorder will vary based on the disorder, but some typical signs of some of the most common disorders include excessive weight loss, failure to gain weight at an expected rate, body image issues, genuine fear of gaining weight, depression, inability to concentrate, anxiety, eating to the point of discomfort or pain, misusing laxatives after eating, using dietary supplements for weight loss, and frequent episodes of uncontrollable binge eating.
We offer inpatient and residential treatment for women and girls struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and related issues. In addition, we provide residential treatment for those with binge eating disorder, obesity, and compulsive overeating.
Treatment plans include a psychiatric and primary care provider, a registered dietitian, a licensed master’s or doctoral-level therapist, a psychologist, and registered nurses.
